Rock Climbing in Nepal
Rock Climbing in Nepal offers some great outdoor and indoor rock climbing spots, depending on how much time you want to spend and your skill set. If you are a novice climber or first-timer and want hands-on experience, we suggest you head towards Thamel, which houses Astrek Climbing Wall, a quite popular spot among climbers of all stripes. You can try different bouldering walls and taller walls for couple of hours. If you lack climbing shoes and harnesses, you can rent them.
We advise you to come with a local climber if it’s your first time as that will immensely help you. If you have a day to spare in Kathmandu Valley and even if you lack basic climbing skills, our rock climbing certified guides will be more than glad to provide you with basic training. Also, for advanced climbers, we can help you rent all the necessary gear and a well-seasoned guide for your ultimate adventure!
